Specialty Performance Assessment

Prove You're Ready to Compete

Data-driven testing that objectively measures your strength, power, and movement quality—so you return to sport safely and confidently.
The Gap

You're Ready for More Than Maintenance

You’ve recovered from your injury. Your pain is gone. But now what? Without proper training, you risk losing rehab gains, developing compensatory patterns, or never discovering what your body is truly capable of.
“Generic gym programs don’t account for your injury history… and fear of re-injury keeps you from reaching peak performance.”

Objective Performance Data

Stop guessing. Start measuring.
Our Philosophy

What Is Return to Sport Testing?

Return to Sport Testing is a comprehensive assessment that objectively measures your readiness to return to competition after injury or surgery. Being “pain-free” doesn’t mean you’re ready to play.

Being "pain-free" doesn't mean you're ready to play. Our testing provides:

Traditional strength training requires heavy loads (70-80% of max) to build muscle. But after surgery or injury, heavy loading is often unsafe. BFR allows you to achieve similar strength gains with weights as low as 20-30% of your max capacity.

Why It Matters

Research shows that athletes who return to sport without meeting objective criteria have:
2-6x Higher risk of re-injury
High Rates of developing arthritis long-term
Low Performance and confidence levels

Who Needs Return to Sport Testing?

Athletes Recovering From:
Any athlete asking: “Am I ready to return to competition?” or “Will I get injured again?”
Comprehensive Assessment

What We Test

01. Strength Testing

Hand-Held Dynamometry
Objective measurement of quadriceps, hamstring, and hip strength comparing the injured vs. the healthy side.
Goal: ≥90% limb symmetry

02. Hop Battery

Functional Power
Functional tests evaluating your ability to generate and absorb force: single-leg hop, triple hop, and crossover hop for distance.
Goal: ≥90% symmetry on all tests

03. Power & Agility

Explosive Speed
Vertical jump assessment measures explosive power. Sport-specific agility drills (T-test, pro-agility) assess cutting, deceleration, and change of direction under speed.

04. Video Movement Analysis

Video Analysis
Video analysis of landing mechanics, single-leg balance, cutting technique, and compensatory patterns that increase injury risk—especially under fatigue.

05. Psychological Readiness

Mental Confidence
Mental confidence matters. We assess your confidence in sport-specific movements and readiness to return to competition.
