Structured Mentoring Program

We know starting a new position can be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve built a comprehensive mentoring program with no artificial time limits. You won’t be thrown into the deep end.

Initial Phase: Observation & Learning

Shadow experienced clinicians to learn our approach. Observe evaluations, treatment sessions, and communication strategies without the pressure of your own caseload.

Building Phase: Gradual Caseload

Begin treating patients with mentor support—co-treat complex cases with senior clinicians. Receive real-time feedback and coaching as you build confidence.

Growth Phase: Increasing Independence

Develop your caseload at a comfortable pace with continued mentorship sessions and case reviews. Learn advanced skills training (BFR, biofeedback, RTS Testing, sport-specific training).

Ongoing Support: No Time Limit

Mentorship continues as long as you need it—whether that’s 90 days or 6+ months—with regular check-ins and case consultations for the entire team.
