Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. California has direct access laws—you can start PT without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require one for coverage. We’re happy to verify your benefits before your first visit.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept all major PPO plans, Medicare, and Workers’ Compensation. We do not accept HMO plans.

Not sure about your coverage? Call us at (714) 695‑1566 and we’ll verify your benefits and estimate out-of-pocket costs.

How do I know if physical therapy is right for me?

If you’re experiencing pain or limited mobility, recovering from surgery, or looking to prevent injuries and optimize performance, physical therapy can help. Schedule a free 15-minute screening, and we’ll discuss your specific situation.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing that allows access to the injured area.

Examples:

  • Knee/hip/ankle: Shorts or athletic pants
  • Shoulder/elbow: Tank top or loose t-shirt
  • Athletic shoes recommended

Dress like you’re going to the gym—you’ll be moving!
